Tanks, hoppers and mixing equipment

We fabricate the complete tank: the body, the heads, the nozzles, the structure that supports it and the stairs used to reach it. Made to order, with the volume and geometry your installation requires, not whatever is in a catalogue.

Storage tanks

For finished product, raw material or process intermediates. The key decision is not the volume: it is what the tank will hold, because that determines the material, the thickness and the internal finish.

Liquid heating vessels

When the product is not just stored but has to be kept at temperature or brought up to it. Here the tank stops being a container and becomes part of the process.

Heating and cooling jackets

We make them in the two usual forms, depending on what your installation needs:

  • Half-pipe: a coil of semicircular section welded to the outside of the body. It withstands higher pressure in the circuit and can be placed where heat exchange is needed.
  • Double-wall: a second shell that surrounds the tank and leaves a continuous chamber. It spreads temperature more evenly across the whole surface.

Hoppers and mixing and agitation processes

Discharge hoppers, silos for product mixing and packaging, and tanks prepared for agitation. In mixing, the internal geometry decides the result: a poorly calculated cone leaves product stuck to the walls.

Access stairs and walkways

A tank you can't climb is a tank you can't maintain. We fabricate in steel the stairs, walkways, railings and handrails that give access to the top.

How we make it

In our workshop in Rubí the shell sections are rolled and welded, and the heads and fittings are assembled. The tank leaves with the appropriate internal and external finish.

  • Rolling the body shell sections
  • Bending discharge hoppers and cones
  • Qualified and high-pressure welding
  • Pickling and passivation of stainless weld beads
  • Internal polishing if the product requires it

Send us the tank drawing with the volume, material and finish defined. That is where fabrication begins.
