Pipework, enclosures and racks for gases
In our workshop in Rubí we fabricate feed pipework, enclosures and racks for gases and frames for electrical panels, mainly in stainless and mild steel. Units leave assembled and checked, ready for your installer to position.
Feed pipework
The lines the product flows through. In pipework, weld quality is decided on the inside, so we weld with TIG, internal purging and a positioner: the weld bead comes out uniform on the side the product will pass through too.
Gas storage enclosures
The enclosures that house gas cylinders and tanks: structure, cladding, ventilation and access, fabricated to the dimensions set out in the project.
Gas racks
The racks that support and group the cylinders and the distribution line. They must hold firmly, allow a cylinder to be changed without dismantling the rest and withstand wherever they are placed, which is often outdoors.

Frames for electrical panels
Metal structures and supports for electrical panels and cabinets: bases, frames and supports made to fit the panel and the space it goes in.
Assembled in our workshop
We assemble and check each unit at our premises before it leaves. You can collect it in Rubí or, if you need, we can ship it to anywhere in mainland Spain and Portugal.
Why stainless and mild steel
These are the two materials for this work, for different reasons. Stainless when product, moisture or frequent cleaning is involved. Mild steel when structural strength is what counts and the item will be painted or galvanised.
We also work with galvanised steel and aluminium when the project requires it.
