Installations in this sector have one thing in common: almost nothing they need comes from a catalogue. Each site dictates its own dimensions, orientation and anchoring. That is exactly the kind of work we do.

What we can make
- Structures and supports: frames and supports made to suit the site and the equipment.
- Tanks and accumulators: custom vessels, with a heating or cooling jacket if the process requires it.
- Ducts and pipework: fluid lines and heating and cooling ducts.
- Walkways and access: stairs, platforms and railings so the installation can be maintained.
- Parts and spares: reproduction of components no longer made.

Material depends on where the part goes
In this sector most components are permanently outdoors, which puts the choice of material and finish front and centre. We work with stainless steel, mild steel, galvanised steel and aluminium, and apply the right finish: shot blasting and painting for mild steel, pickling and passivation for welded stainless.
