Work for artists and designers
A design on paper doesn't say how thick the sheet has to be, where to weld so it doesn't show, or whether the piece will stand up. That is what we contribute. You bring the idea; we turn it into metal.
What we make
- Sculptures: small-format or for public squares. In satin stainless, mirror polish or shot blasted, depending on the effect you want.
- Trophies: one-off pieces or short runs for awards, competitions and events.
- Barbecues: built-in or freestanding, fabricated in steel for outdoor use.
- Outdoor tables with integrated barbecue: the table and the fire designed as a single piece.
- Outdoor tables: metal furniture made to stay outside all year round.
Custom barbecues
Built-in or freestanding barbecues and outdoor tables with integrated barbecue, made to fit the place they will go. We make them in stainless steel, which withstands weather and heat without rusting, with the finish you choose. Bring us the dimensions or the design and we will prepare your quotation.
Why the finish is half the job
On an industrial part the finish protects. On a visible piece, it is also what people are looking at. The same stainless steel can be matt, satin with a directional grain or mirror, and those are three completely different pieces.
- Mirror polish: maximum shine and reflection. Spectacular, and also the one that shows fingerprints most.
- Satin: matt with a grain. The one that ages best and the most forgiving indoors.
- Shot blasted: uniform matt texture with no reflections. Widely used outdoors.
- Painting: when the project calls for a specific colour on mild or galvanised steel.
How we work with an artist
- You bring us the design: a drawing, a sketch, a model or a photo. Any of the four is enough to start.
- We tell you what it involves: material, thickness, how it stands and whether it must be divided for transport or assembly.
- We fabricate it: cutting, section bending and welding in our workshop in Rubí, with the finish you have chosen.
- We hand it over: finished and ready to install. You can collect it from the workshop or we can ship it to mainland Spain or Portugal.
We have been making tanks and machinery for almost forty years. The same workshop makes the sculpture: the piece changes, the standard doesn't.
