In Rubí since 1987. We work with stainless steel, mild steel, galvanised steel and aluminium: we cut, bend, roll and weld in our own workshop, and deliver the part with the finish you need.

The company
Almost four decades of custom metal fabrication
Esman Construcciones Metálicas was founded in 1987 and is still in the same place: the Cova Solera estate in Rubí. In that time we have fabricated tanks, machinery, frames, structures and spare parts for industrial plants across the Iberian Peninsula.
70% of what leaves our workshop is stainless steel. The remaining 30% is mild steel, galvanised steel and aluminium. That split is no accident: stainless steel is what the food, pharmaceutical, chemical and laboratory sectors demand, and it is where we have concentrated our experience.

What we do
Cutting, bending, rolling, section bending and welding in our workshop in Rubí. We also offer finishes on all our work, so your part arrives ready and you deal with a single point of contact.

9 sectors
Sectors we fabricate for
Industry, food, pharmaceutical, chemical, laboratory, medical, automotive, veterinary and decoration. Each has its own demands: food requires hygienic finishes, chemical requires resistance and pharmaceutical requires material traceability. These are the most common; we also fabricate for private individuals and other sectors.
01Industry
General fabrication, machine spare parts, machine bases, structures and ducts. This is the sector that brings us the most variety: every plant has its own problem and almost none is solved by a catalogue.
02Food
Tanks, hoppers, mixing and packaging silos, conveyor belts and process machinery. Here stainless steel and a hygienic finish are not a preference: they are what makes it possible to clean the equipment.
03Pharmaceutical
Vessels, agitated reactors, frames and process pipework. This is the most demanding sector for internal welding and finishing, because any irregularity in the weld bead is a point where product builds up.
04Chemical
Storage tanks, tanks with heating or cooling jackets, ducts and structures. Choosing the right stainless steel for the product it will hold is half the job.
05Laboratory
Technical furniture, machine bases, structures and small custom equipment. Short runs and often one-off parts made from a sketch.
06Medical
Pipework, storage enclosures and racks for medical gases, with TIG welding and purging. This is one of the jobs where the execution of the weld matters more than the part itself.
07Automotive
Tubular structures for chassis and machinery, machine bases, tooling and line components. Work where what you are buying is the repeatability of the part.
08Veterinary
Stainless steel equipment for clinics and veterinary centres: tables, structures, supports and items that must withstand constant cleaning and disinfection.
09Decoration
Decorative elements, furniture and finishing pieces in stainless steel for interior design and retail spaces. Here the finish rules: satin, mirror polish or shot blasted.
